Returns

If the product does not meet your expectations or you ordered the wrong size, you can return any product purchased in our store without giving any reason within 30 days from the date of receipt of the purchase. The money will be returned to the account within two weeks, but the refund will not be considered after 30 days. However, if you received damaged / dirty goods, contact the Teyli store immediately, and we will replace it with a new model. Returns and complaints are considered within two weeks from the moment the returned goods appear in the store. The goods must be properly packed and sent to the address provided with the proof of purchase attached. Return of goods that have been damaged in transit due to poor packaging by the buyer will not be dissipated. If the return is not accepted, the product will be sent to the buyer's address, and thus at his expense.

Returned goods can not be damaged and/ or broken. 

Returned goods can not be dirty, washed, modified or worn (except of trying on).
